Divide the narrative into scenes, Day 1, Skill 2

I have CW for Older Beginners.

In the student work book, for Skill Level 2, Day (weeks 5 & 6) the directions state to divide the narrative into scenes and select one of the scenes to work on. The Homer Core book references pages 30-34, however I can not seem to find any instructions about dividing the narrative into scenes. Where is the information that explains how to do this?
